Started setting up my routes, just had a quick search through to check how the Maya/Josy stuff plays out but couldn't find what I was looking for. Is there a way to have a Maya solo route yet? Less than zero interest in Josy.
I'll just try a few wild guesses, because without the error log we are all blind.
1) Are you sure that you installed the correct SanchoMod? Maybe you installed the mod for Season 3 on a Season1+2 game?
2) Once you are sure that you chose the correct mod, are you sure you have followed Sancho's instructions without mistakes?
3) Do you have any other mods installed?
4) Have you modified the game in any other way (unrar, decompile, etc...)?
If you provide:
a) A screenshot of the error message (gray screen) if any
b) log.txt (a file always created in the base directory - the one where the .exe is - at each run)
b) traceback.txt (a file created in the base directory in case of crash)
maybe I (or someone else) can help you further.
ok, ill try again better this time, is there any way to get on jill path, get invited to bianca party and then get to pick her at ep 8 when mc has to make his choise only to get rejeccted by jill at the restaurant ? i think i saw something like this but i cant and i dont wanna spend hours trying, i already tryed 2 times....

No, it's not possible. Either you become a throuple with her and Josy or you lose Maya's sexual content. You can "set the stage" for the solo Maya path, but at the moment we can only speculate how we can do that.
1- Tell Derek that you have feelings for Maya when the option is presented;
2- Choose to spend time with Maya instead of Josy when the option is presented (EP.7 and EP.10, I think);
I don't know if it's necessary to be on the Others route to access the solo Maya path (no one knows);
There are no secrets. To be rejected by Jill you just have to be DIK or not have seen Jill's lewd in EP.7. To be invited by Bianca you NEED to have seen Jill's lewd in EP.7 (it's mandatory). If you have seen it, you will be invited by Bianca and you will be able to be rejected by Jill at the restaurant IF you are DIK.

You are correct, to have Jill's lewd in EP.7 you can't be DIK and you need to have seen Jill's lewd in EP.6 (the Jill route is hell to follow, very confusing). I don't think it's possible to be CHICK at this point in the game. Good luck, but lower your expectations. Even if you can see the lewd in EP.7 being NEUTRAL there is a chance that you will not be able to be DIK in EP.8 which prevents Jill from rejecting you (being NEUTRAL in EP.7 is too late for my taste to be able to be DIK in EP.8).

I think I remember a scene with a drunk and/or high MC finding that door unlocked. He opened it and had an allucination seeing James in it, but actually there wasn't anything special in that room.

Did you download also the game from this website or only the mod? Sanchomod is safe, it does not crash the game at startup. So the problem is something else. You probably installed it wrongly. Check the log file inside the game folder. Better option is to delete everything, extract again the game, run it once to see if it's all right and then apply SanchoMod.
